Shops (w/ Managers) in Bluewater Village doesn't earn money

Hi Everybody,
Not sure if anyone has expirienced the same problem but my shops in Bluewater Village does not earn any simoleons even after checking in with my managers. I tried it with and without hacks. I've also patched my game already and i'ts still the same. My sim is living in Pleasantville and he owns a shop in Pleasantville, Bluewater and Downtown. All shops have designated managers but Pleasantville and Downtown shops only generates income after checking in. The Bluewater shop keeps reporting that message that it has not made any money and that you should probably visit and turn thing around. (Can't remember the exact message). Can anyone help me find what the problem is? I also tried uninstalling the entire game, ep's and all, and reinstalling them again, patching everything, but still the same problem.

You need to work at a business at least once every five days or it will not make any money when you are not there.

The remote business payout calculation that shipped with the game is, in my opinion, bugged. The amounts that it pays out are far lower than what the strategy guide suggests that you should be able to get. It bugged me so much that I created a new remote payout procedure. Yap, I've done that but the shop still doesn't make money. I even had a level 10 shop in Bluewater Village that doesn't make money when my sim is not there. I'll check out your website, thanks a lot.
