Help on Making.......

Well I want to start making stuff for The Sims 2, I have all the expansions besides pets, glamor life, family stories, and seasons. If somone can get me started with the tools i need and everything else I need to know how to make a Chiplotie (resturant) sign and maybe stuff for the inside....Funky Mexican sculptures, higher tables with big stools, the glass piece with the food that you pick out, etc......

ok aperantly i cant make a newthread so i was looking for 1 i could lach on to so i could ask a question.
i have been downloading content for a couple of days, but i find that a good deal is out of balance. what i mean is lets say a chair, it is realy cheep and just as good as the most ecpesave one that came on game disk. i want to balince the "stats" and prices of items. i have been looking for 6 hours strait to try and find out how...
pleas help me!! i have looked at the creating items tutoreal, maby im tired or somthing but i cant seem to make it work. was hopin i could find how to do wat i want in it but i cant. pleas can u tell me how . sryfor draging on and perhaps being rapetitive. lol

You would have to have and know how to use SimPe. You would open the objects package file with SimPe and modify the properties it has in the Object Data section.

Etc. You'd then commit your changes and save the file.
