Fixing Integrity

Ok, so when you fixing integrity you just open the tool and rename the file whatever you want?

Can you do it anytime, with anything or will it mess things up?
Im a little confused with this...

You can do it any time. You shouldn't really need to rename things most of the time though, once at startup normally covers it. It's always better to rename via the "Fix Integrity" than to do it by hand though, since it's easy to miss connections or to miss the "Fix TGI" steps when you're doing it manually. :)
