Hello! :)

Basically my issue is I made a full face makeup/costume makeup/mask whatever you want to call it that affects the eyes on my sim to make them look zombi-ish. Anyways where the layering issue comes in... I can't use another mask that I have which give my sims freckles yet I can use a mask that affects the eyes (sclera fix)... So my question is: how would I go about changing some number in simpe so that I can use both the freckles AND the zombie eye makeover.

I hope that made sense.

I tried this thinking it might help fix this but with no success... all three files: zombie eyes, sclera, and freckles have the same number in that line.

How to change lips to show over vampire skin

First open the lip package you want to change in SimPE (You can get SimPE here )
Iv'e attached a pic in this thread to make it easier to show what to change.

1. choose the "Texture OVerlay XML" subfolder in the left frame.

2. Choose one of the Texture overlay XML files in the right frame.

3. Select "layer (dtUInteger) .." in the bottom frame.

4. Change the value to 0x00000008 (any hex value between 0x00000002 and 0x00000013 will work too).

5. Press Commit.

Now repeat step 2 to 5 till all Texture overlay XML files in the right frame have been changed.

6. Save and close and the lips will now show over the vampire skin. Enjoy!

Thanks in advance!

Matt

EDIT: I seemed to have found the mix on my own... not sure if it actually is though so please rectify if this is not the way...

I basically followed the above but instead of editing "layer (dtUInteger) .." I edited "bin (dtUInteger) .." and all seems to work fine. :)
