Proposed addition to s3pi.interfaces.epflags

Peter, I have just managed to get High-End Loft Stuff installed.

I have found that the EPFlag for this game is: 0x10

If applied to the OBJD resource -- this will make the HELS's icon overlay on the catalog thumbnail.

Just, throught I would let you know -- so that you could add that to the EPFlags enum (this is assuming that you didn't already know that!)

Except we're looking at the way this field is handled, so it may not be what you're expecting.
