How do you upload pictures to your pc from the sims 1?

I've just started playing the sims 1 and I can't find the sims directory and userdata folder were the pictures are saved to. I would like to use some of these pictures on my pc for wallpaper.

I've no idea about their location either but you could use fraps to make the screenshots. The pictures are in the fraps directory then.
