Change summary
Updates for Ambitions (s3pi and config file).
Don't change the IID of the MDLR when not renumbering.

Oops, title was the old date. The links were right: 1006-05-1643.

It was misleading. That data was part of the GroupID and it turned out to be confusing people that we had shown it seperately.

It's in s3oc, though. I just forgot to update it for Ambitions. New QA in a couple of mins! :)
