New Creator... Need Guidance

Hello Simmies! :P
I wanted to thank you all for all your help and support. I have decided to be a bit bold and to try to create something for the sims 2... something I could attempt to upload. Problem is that I am a complete newbie to this... and I know absolutely nothing about what I should begin with and how. :blink:
Could anyone offer some tips? :)

Get comfortable with your favorite snack food, drink and music....a few aspirin won't hurt since a lot of patience and persistent are often more necessary than the food, drink and music. It can be very challenging at times, but also very rewarding if you keep at it.

ETA: Start simple with walls and floors....maybe basic recolors of Bodyshop content.

Thank you so much! I will get started right away. Maybe someday I'll be able to create something worthy of being MTS picked or featured [hopefully] Thanks so much for your help! I will post on this thread again if I have more questions.
