In fact, you can't do that. That's the skintone who tells the game to use a custom body shape, so 1bodyshape=1skintone. But you can edit the skintone package so to remove the textures inside (smaller package) and referencing it to the original skintone. You can also edit the genetic value so it's the same. The thing you suggest can't work because of the GUID of the files.

This article may help you : http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=222953 This more than answer my question. I just read a bit on HP's tutorial. I give up since it's too complicated & not worth forther efforts. Thanks indeed for clearing this issue for me.

Maybe you just need to read it a couple of time with a calm head. It's a bit long, but not as hard as it seems (you just need to be careful), and if you can assign a skintone to a custom bodyshape, it souldn't be a problem.
This article by Phaenoh is about the same technique but on clothes. Maybe it's more clear to you and you can adapt it.

http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=300954 it's ok my friend. I always find new challenges with sims2 since, I was originally gonna make my NPC sims a bit bustier from casuall to nude. But' i realize it's a big project with all different clothing sizes. so, I'll settle for just default replacing housekeepers& massuers uniform giving them a bit more flesh on their calves & thighs& buttocks they'll look like hard working sims wishing to win on a lottery someday. Thanks a lot for your help. You'll surelly come to my help soon since I'm still sims2 fan with ton's of new stuff to learn.
