Not sure which category I should have put this in.. So I suppose Misc. is as good as any..

So I did something really silly. I placed an empty lot on uneven land and decided to try and build a house kind of dug into the hill that was in the top right corner.. Sooo I finish building it and I actually like it this time.. And then I get to thinking it may look better just on flat ground instead of at the bottom of this strange cliff thing. I really don't know what I was thinking or why I even get these silly ideas haha.

Problem is, even when moving the lot the ground outside of the grid is still set as a hill. (like a really, really steep one. WAY too noticeable to ignore It's taller than the house itself =P.) The lot flatten doesn't work on it and the tools won't go past the grid itself.. I know there was even a cheat that i tried.. And I could change the level of things outside the grid but ONLY on the street in front of it.. My problem is the back right and far back of the lot.. And now I'm all out of ideas.. I've been searching and searching but can't seem to find a fix. Can anyone think of a way to fix this or is it time to just rebuild?

You need to use the LotAdjuster to flatten your lot edges:
http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=384656

From memory (may not be exact... ask if you have questions):
Install and run the LotAdjuster.
Select your neighborhood and lot.
Click on the Advanced button.
Change Lot Edges to Flatten
Click on the Finish button.
