So I've been through the create sections and throughout google for tips and such for this one problem I've ran into...(Probably didn't search too well if someone else can answer this....)
It seems there is no sure fire way to make the mouths of sims move to exactly what you'd like them too in TS3.
(Oh' yeah sorry if this is not really a tip or anything but it is a question that will lead to the actual tip right? That counts for something? :( )
So I was wondering if there is any ways or mods that allows this. I'm making a concert type video for a song so it would be really appreciated if anyone knows an answer...Thank you for reading this btw...
If theres not however a certain way I can always use scene pluckouts and such... But thankyou anyways! :giggler:

I'm in exactly the same position. :(
I think you can make facial movements in the same way you can make animations, an overlay would be handy so that you can use them at the same time... ><;
I'm not sure about mouth movements, my mouth animation didn't even work in milkshape lol, fail.

hmm.. this is sort of impossible to be done..
See.. the mouth joint movements are built into animations by EA.. so there is no way to modify it unless you export an ingame animation with S3PE and edit there.. and then insert it back to the game.
Plus..moving the mouths EXACTLY to what you want them to say is rather impossible. ;)

Well...hmmm...Would it be possible with Cmo's poseplayer? Because all I need are a couple of poses and for their mouths to move into a few ways that they normally can't at the right times. I've been reading into how to do poses right now and(crossing my fingers) am doing okay with the instructions. My graphics card however is being a real pain...
But if I can I could probably do full out dance sequences... At least that would make it easier for the dances on stage yes? Anyways thanks for the reply Simul8rReviews... I think I have a good idea what I have to do now... I already have to do a few meshes for some props like a handheld microphone. But agian it will be close to a year to make this video especially if my graphics card is hatin' on me like it is...

If you plan on editing an animation in Milkshape.. make sure it's more than one frame, and make sure you edit the "Jaw" joint under the joint tab ;)

Actually I'm trying to pull this all off using Blender.... Is there a Jaw tab there? I really can't do anything til' I get that darned graphics card... until then I'm just reading up...

Unfortunately I have never used blender.. the jaw joint is inside of the head, near the mouth.. you will know you have it if the whole mouth lights up. ;)
