Lifetime wishes not showing up?

I'm sorry if this isn't in the right topic, but I didn't know where to post it.

Yesterday, I uninstalled and reinstalled my sims 3 game because I was having problems. When I reinstalled and played, I entered CAS to create a new sim. But when I got to the lifetime wishes, this is all I got:

Where did my lifetime wishes go?

Try that first - every step, in order, and don't skip anything! Even if it doesn't say your specific problem, try it anyway, as it's a good starting point to rule out the most common causes of game issues.
