I'm shopping for a new computer, and this graphics card seems to come up a lot. Does it work decently with The Sims 3? It isn't listed as a supported graphics card.

No. It will barely even run Sims 3, and won't last more than a year if you try to play TS3 on it. Go for one of the supported ones. :)
