Is there a way to disable celebrities COMPLETELY?

I love Late Night and all of its goodies, but I'm not a fan of celebrities. They're really not necessary to the EP, IMO. Is there a way to just completely get rid of celebrities and keep the other great additions that Late Night has to offer?

:!: :!: (Note: I'm aware that Twallan's Story Progression mod tunes this a bit, but I am unclear of exactly WHAT I can do with it to fit my needs. Any help is appreciated, and if I'm in the wrong place, please just kindly let me know and I'll move. Thanks!) ;)
