how do I turn on the testingcheatsenbled code??

I looked up how to do it. I went in my INI folder found the command file, then I went into properties to uncheck the read only, then I opened the in Notepad, I change "testingcheatsenbled true=0" to "testingcheatsenbled true=1" without the quotations but it wont let me save the file...I went back into the properties of the file but I thought before I mess up my game maybe i should ask some people on here what to do :rofl:

you'll have to completely move the original to another location and replace it with the edited one. I had to do this as well.

What I did was open the ini file and edit it in notepad then I went to save as & put it on my desktop. I cut the file & pasted it over the one in my TSM directory! Unfortunately this seems to be the case when editing any file in Vista or 7.
