I've had no luck trying to figure out how to make custom teeth. I tried to see how they made the vampire teeth, to use as an example of how it was done, but my reverse engineering skills are fail and I can't figure it out. I managed to find several files, amAccessoryEP3VampireTeeth. They consist of several BBLN, BGEO, VPXY, TXTC, and _IMG files. Because I didn't find any GEOMs, I assumed the BGEO are morphs that act on the default teeth mesh, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Anyone know how this was done, or is there a tutorial out there? I have a sim that just won't look right without Billy Bob teeth.

It is a accesoire, so just a addon to the existing teeth.
You can clone them with TSRW or s3OC.
Both will include 3 GEOMS(very high/high and medium)

I couldn't find the vampire teeth in TSRW, I checked again very slowly and carefully, but still couldn't find it. I looked in Accessories, Human, Adult. Also tried Young Adult. Am I looking in the wrong place?
I tried to find S3OC for download, but all links I could find lead to http://dino.drealm.info, which is either dead or temporarily down. I tried all yesterday and today. Do you know of a mirror?

Maybe you forgot to link EP3?

Thanks, you are right, that was it, I didn't link EP3. It defaulted to the EP3 looking in Town Life Stuff. D'oh!
Found it in s3OC as well.

I would need to make teeth meshes that are a little bigger than default in order to hide the default teeth, correct? If so, that would make it difficult to make teeth with huge gaps. :(

Yes,
Make the gaps like they do with actors, black out the white inbetween?

Yeah, I think that will have to do. Thanks for all the help!
