How do I use the mods Law Career, and Veterinary Career?

I believe the instructions are provided on the Overview page for each mod :

Both mods require that [Careers] mod be installed.

You'll find the link to the base-mod is up-to-date on the Veterinary Career page. The Law Career page is a little out-of-date.
