Hey kinha

I can help you with the avatar thing. I had trouble with it at first but here's what you need to do:
Go to "User Tools" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click on the button and a little menu will roll down. There are four little categories on the menu. There's a button named "Edit Avatar" underneath the User Control category. Click on that and you'll be able to put up an avatar.
