So, I discovered something really awesome!

Did you know you can create a ghost sim for storytelling purposes without using mods/hacks?
Okay, so today I was trying to position stuff so I can take snapshots for my story. I realize that while in buy mode you can position the "dropper" tool over a sim and it will "highlight" the sim therefore making them transparent and 'ghost-like'. With the dropper placed over the sim you can then press "tab" to enter camera pan mode and move your camera around freely without losing the transparency!

Therefore you can pretty much create any custom sims and turn them into a ghost! :lol:

Since the dropper tool works with most furniture too, your camera should work the same for them. You can have transparent beds, ghost furniture. Maybe see through the dresser or fridge.

Yeah but you can only do it one at a time =[

Can you highlight only buyable objects or all objects? Seems I can't highlight sims in my game. You have different expansion packs. Maybe that's an explanation?

You need to have move_objects on enabled.
