MoreThan.Ever

Hey guys,
So I went to the page that addresses this issue and tried everything, deleting cache, removing mods. I even just straight up deleted some recent mods I downloaded and uninstalled games I'd recently installed too.
It all started yesterday that my Sims 3 has just decided to start taking forever to load anything. From clicking start to it actually doing the EA logo and stuff at the beginning takes at least 4 minutes, as does loading the main screen to pick a saved game. It's NEVER taken that long before. THEN, when I actually click on a saved game to load it, it takes more than 20 minutes. I waited it full out one time and once it actually got to the family, everything was going at a crawling pace from me clicking and things actually showing up and objects/people loading. I havent had the patience to actually wait out and time how long it takes my saved games to load now so.... =/
Other things I've tried is two virus scans and lowering my graphics to the absolute minimum. All I have left is for you to tell me if my computer just isn't able to play the Sims 3 or if it's something else I can't seem to figure out. I've looked through the specs on my computer as best I could and I can't find something that screams "YOU CAN'T PLAY SIMS WITH THIS" at me but I'm no expert.
My specs are thus (according to what I read of what you want me to include):

And about the graphics, it says on here it's an Intel chip but I have a Nvidia GeForce GT 335M card on top of that. I recently messed with the settings for it because my game had been crashing and it HAD been working brilliantly. Then this happened.
Lemme know what I'm doing wrong...if you can....OH. And I'm fully updated to the latest patch. And just for kicks I have WA, Ambitions, Late Night, and Pets.
