wcif - a fix for seperates clothing

Is there a fix for seperates that fixes that blank line circled in the image above?
It's noticible only on seperates with preg morphs I've noticed.

There are a few fixes around depending what is causing it. You can get this effect: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=351622 if you have an unfixed top or pants floating around.

That looks to be exactly what I had due to somehow accidently getting what I think was some kind of default body mesh. I'm really not sure what it was as I only realized my pregnant sims had Brocken stomachs after putting on the no blur hack. In a full maternity outfit they looked fine and the blur hid it. I had to do the 50/50 method to get rid of it as it turned out to be some old file that was a sting of letters and numbers with no name. I probably picked it up unknowingly years ago of the exchange but never realized as I hadn't had chance to see it until I tried maternity separates.

Or it could just be that the top and the bottom don't match. Sometimes it's like that and unless you fix the meshes to match each other, I don't think there is a way to fix it.
From what I understood it happens because people make pregnant morphs a bit different sometimes so they don't match.

First, sorry for the delay in replying haven't had the chance to get on the computer until today.



joandsarah77 - odd I never seen that (the link you provided). I've tried narrowing it down to just having my "female >> adult >> Casual" folder and insim and the preg wear anything mod and tried to narrow it down from there, so far still having the issue. Also removed all full clothes to make it easier (I don't have many seperates). So far no luck. I also tried removing all the letter and number string package files but it still doesn't seem to fix the issue.

xSayuri - I'm starting to think that is what it could be (since so far the 50/50 method is not working. I'm not sure.

That's not really the 50/50 method as stray old files could still be floating around. Make sure there are none lurking in your saved sims folder either. I'm fairly sure I picked up mine years ago from a sim on the exchange. Take a look at a pregnant naked stomach with only the blur censor in. I had a pregnant sim getting into the bath as my test subject and I would check it and exit without saving, so every time I loaded the lot she was ready to hop into the bath. Is there the line when she is naked? If she does it's the same problem as I had, if not the fault is with the clothes. Since I removed the problem file I have not seen any of my separates (and I have quite a lot) create that line.

I didn't think of that, guess I thought if the problem is with my seperates it would have to be in one folder (my clothes folder). I'll try that (the preggy naked stomach). Thanks for the help.

It's probably the HP mesh. I found a fixed one by Aquilegia here: http://aquilegia.dreamwidth.org/4992.html (but I'm not sure if it helps much - that one is only for fixing the preg morph settings). Remember to delete all the old original meshes you've got floating around (do a search). Works best with untuckable pants. Some pants cloned from the maxis pants where they've kept the upper part doesn't seem to work very well with untuckable tops. In some cases the glitch comes because of the top mesh.
