Well, it's not exactly my mesh, but you guy know what I mean n_n

I don't know what's causing it! Specular seems to be OK and so is the overlay and mask. I did move the shirt part a bit to left in the map. Hmmmm... how can I get rid of it? :(

must be a specular issue, same thing happens when he wears other shoes and pants?
If you moved the shirt on the multiplier texture, then you need to update the specular also(and the mask)

Yeah, it does that with other clothes. I've updated the base texture, the mask and the specular. I made sure they're lined up with the map. Although I am starting to think it's because of the Skin Ambient. I'm not sure though because I don't really know what it does exactly. >.>

The skin ambient can cause this if you edited the texture.
Can i have a look at the file?

Wich program did you use, i can not open it with
TSRW 2.024
TSRW 2.040
or CTU
TSRW latest version tries to load but the lower detail meshes as all the texture files are missing

I used milkshape with CTU. I'm sorry for giving you trouble. I'll upload another one. I'm sure this works in CTU.

i did but i am missing the lower lods, i also noticed the edit of the clothing ambient(texture was included) and the wrong format of the specular(has a alpha while it shouldn't)
So i redid the file, see if this looks better.
Keep in mind that there are no morph files!!
If this is a file from someone else you best use TSRW to clone it so you have the morphs aswell.(unless you know how to do them yourself)
I did load the high detail in all lods so that is not good either, also because the higher detail has 2 meshes(and CTU only supports one lod3)

Yes, I know there aren't any lower lod's or morph file. There are no lod's because I was just testing it out and I was lazy to put the lower lod's =_=, and there are no morph files because I haven't added morph files to that package yet. The first file I sent you had morph files, I just don't know why it won't open in CTU after I add morph files :\
It's an EA mesh. It was originally a full outfit but I cropped out the pants and original inner shirt. It seems to *still* have the same problem "sheen" to it. Hmmmm... what could be the cause of it? Thanks for taking the time to help me out though! I really appreciate it! ♥

Would you like to do a clone of this item (from original) in s3oc, just for comparison? I think each of the tools brings in a slightly different set of resources and puts them together differently.

It is your mesh.
You moved his neckuvcoordinates so now the skintone will no longer fit
should have known as you mentioned you moved parts....
Inge is right about s3OC, it gives you the full package with all the files you need.

OK! Thanks, both of you! I'll try it out in s3oc. n_n
