Underwater Basement Tutorials?

I really want to build one of those houses where you go into the basement and you can see the swimming pool through the windows of the basement. Is there any tutorials for making this kind of house in Sims 2? Thank you ^_^

I doubt it, as the houses like that in Sims 3 are made with the Sims 3 basement tool. There is no direct equivalent in Sims 2, although you might be able to experiment with some of the walls in the Scriptorum (or however it's spelled) and see if any of them would serve a similar function.
