Have Sims 3 base game. Game is up to date. Game used to run WONDERFULLY with tons of custom content before I uninstalled game months ago.
I re-installed and now having issues with custom content and installer.
Game launcher says content is successively downloaded into game but does not show up in game play. When I ask to download content, the square box comes up, installs fine and items say Success! I click ok and then... nothing. Square turns black, pointer working and game launcher is faded and not responding. Can anyone help? I have to ctr alt del to get the box to stop. Launcher completely freezes and I cant do anything. After I reopen, the last CC item will supposedly be installed sucessfully yet will not show up in game.
It freezes after every "sucessful" download of new custom content.
Any help would be great.
