I have recently been having game crashes on the Sims 3. So I came here and was doing the crash checklist. As I was doing it one step told me to go to Computer, Program Files (x86), Electronic Arts, Sims 3. The problem, the only two folders in my Electronic Arts Folder are: activation, and Bioware. I should mention I have a Windows 7 Computer, 32 bit, the base game, world adventures, ambitions, fast lane stuff, late night, generations, pets, and showtime. The latest patch I have is 1.34.27.016017. I do not have any custom content installed at all, I have cleared the cache, and I don't even have any saved sims or saved games. I just can't figure out what happened and how my folder disappeared. Thank you in advance for any help you offer. I have checked to see if my computer can handle Sims3 and it can. The computer is only a few months old too.

If you have 32-bit windows, your files should be in Program Files, without (x86) at the end.

Then my computer is a 62 bit. I only say that because I have accessed this particular folder before and it is always in the (x86) folder. And there is no Electronic Arts Folder in my Program Files. But there is one in my Program Files (x86).
