This is just a challenge I made up to try out myself, so I figured I'd post it in case anyone else wanted to try! :p
Objective is to have a family tree with 1 sim in the top of each possible non-self employed career.
You may use cheats and mods as long as they don't affect the sims' careers (no easier/faster careers or skills related to the career, no faster/easier relationships or using testingcheats to improve relationship with co-workers or boss.)
Exception: You may use Twallan's, or anyone else's, career mod to add more teen careers or adult careers.
You can play the challenge in 25 (16 for base game) generations, or make spouses, siblings, etc get jobs - or try to complete 2 careers - to shorten it.
Spouses can be anyone of any career although their careers only count towards the challenge if they enter the career while part of the active household.
Any children adopted or born to the heir can be counted towards the careers as long as they enter it and reach level 10 while part of the active household.
To be successful, the sim must reach level 10 of the career before death.
A minimum of 1 career must be completed per generation.
1) Create a sim as you like - no rules here!
2) Move them into any lot and employ them and every sim in your challenge as follows:
Use alphabetical order and skip over the jobs you don't have the expansion packs for.
Architectural Designer - Ambitions
Business
Criminal (Emperor of Evil)
Criminal (Master Thief)
Culinary
Daycare - Generations
Doctor - Ambitions
Education - Ambitions
Film (Distinguished Director) - Late Night
Film (Superstar Actor) - Late Night
Firefighter - Ambitions
Ghosthunter - Ambitions
Investigator - Ambitions
Journalism
Law Enforcement (DNA Profiler)
Law Enforcement (International Super Spy)
Medical
Military
Music (Composer)
Music (Rock Star)
Political
Professional Sports
Science
Stylist - Ambitions
In addition, a teenager should reach the top of each part-time career.
Bookstore Clerk
Grocery Store Clerk
Mausoleum Clerk
Receptionist
Spa Specialist
This is one of those things, even if no one else wants to do it, it's worth posting so I remember it!
