I am hoping that this applies to patterns. If not then just tell me and I will move this to the proper location.
I am wanting to make a shirt like this
http://i909.photobucket.com/albums/ac299/KazamiYuka/14629523.png
It has only the one pattern in the middle. and I don't know how to do this! T.T

Moved to CAS. What you need to do is edit a shirt to add that, not create a pattern. You'll find tutorials in the tutorials thread for CAS.

Yes, you would make it as a stencilled shirt - a good tutorial for that is here: http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Sims_3:Creating_Custom_Clothing_Stencils

@EsmeraldaF I looked at that tutorial when I was trying to do the exact same thing and I didn't find very useful and a bit confusing.
@ovjane if you still need any any help email me at
[email protected] and I can clearly explain what you need to do!

Strange, that tutorial is actually how I learned to make stencils, I found it useful and not confusing at all, but, I was following the instructions for Photoshop, which is what I use, and maybe if you don't use Photoshop, your mileage may vary as to how easy the other methods were to understand.
But if you have an easier way of doing it, it could be a good idea to see about posting a tutorial of your own - then if someone finds one tutorial difficult, they could try the other.
