I really want to install The Sims 2 again because I miss it. I have done this LOADS of times before, so I don't know why it's not working now. When I click the TS2:DD icon in 'My Computer' it goes as normal. But when I pass the register online option it says: "The Sims 2 is already installed. Please uninstall The Sims 2 if you wish to install The Sims 2 Double Deluxe." The problem is, it isn't installed. So I thought that I would go into Add/Remove Programs to see if there is a game that i forgot. I saw The Sims 2: Freetime on the list, but it had The Sims 3 base game icon. I clicked "Remove' but it said it couldn't find the directory and aborted. So since I got Freetime as a DD from Origin, I went into the Origin program but it says that Freetime isn't on the computer. Please help!:cry:
