I need help with the custom lot size mod

I am totally new to this. I have never downloaded any custom content or mods, or even posted on this forum. But I am trying to completely overhaul Hidden Springs and I cant place LN lots without using a lot size that is way too big and takes up too much space. I know that there is a mod out there that allows me to create custom lot sizes (ex. 40x55) but I have no idea where to find the right file/download and how to install/use it...please help!!!!
