Hold Meetings perk disappears. (Solved!)

Well, I wouldn't say it completely disappeared. The game shows only the business building as the only available option. It's weird, my sim used to be able to hold meetings at every rabbit hole venue, but the option to has gone. Has anyone encountered this issue? Any helpful replies are very appreciated.

EDIT: Looks like clearing the cache files did the trick! Thanks to anyone who tried to investigate.
