I'm sorry for posting this thread here but I cant find the Game Help place!!!!

Im going to be very clear now.
This is what my "mods" folder looks like:

I have tried to extract the Resource.cgf thing in Winrar BUT IT JUST DOESENT WORK!

What am I doing wrong? Please help

yada yada it says Overrages, Packages and then there's the resources thing
