Problem with CC Cars

Hello...
I have downloaded a car from FreshPrinceCreations
It is a BMW..
BMW Concept Vision (http://www.freshprincecreations.com/bmwconceptts3.htm)
I can install it but when I click the Vehicles tab for buying it in the game..
The car is not there...
I used both 'sims3pack' way and 'package' way!
please help me make it work!!

Modders support their own mods... for help with a specific mod, ask at the site where you got it.
