Nraas Master Contoller Help!!!

Hi, I've been trying to get Master Controller working for hours now, whenever I click NRaas>Master Controller on a sim the menu won't show. It works on everything else but except the sims. My Mods folder location is Documents>Electronic Arts>The Sims 3>Mods>Packages, this is where Master Controller is installed, I have the latest Resource.cfg and it's placed in the Mods folder where the mod is located, and that's not in the Packages folder. I've cleaned the registry with CCleaner, I deleted the Cache files, i'm really not sure why the menu won't appear, so please help! :)
