I don't know about the incest one, but there is a mod that makes it so sims that don't go to college don't get the memory of not doing so. Not sure if it would make them stop crying, although I think so. It's part of his Mega College Pack, and it is called nomemoryuneducated :) http://www.insimenator.org/index.php/topic,96190.0.html

Thank you. This will be very helpful for my rural and medieval neighbourhoods, where not everyone gets to go to college. I found out that the hacked wedding arch from MATY will allow my cousin sims to marry, so I am no longer looking for anything.

You can sever the family ties with the SimBlender and the inSimenator, use the MATY arch or download the Closer Family hack: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=143720 (although that hack also allows brothers and sisters flirt and woohoo with eachother and their parents etc...).
I use the inSimenator's Family Tree to sever the family ties between my Sim cousins so they can marry.

Thanks for responding, I read a thread in which you talked about that and was wondering how you did it. I will try that hack, even though I think siblings and parents are just a bit too close.

Be careful with that one, I uninstalled it when a mother flirted with her son while his father, her husband, was in the same room :P That was creepy.
Good luck with the hack. Which family members do you want to couple?
