Apartment Life Building Apartments or Ediding esting on in Beledoadona Cove

I do not know hoe to build Apartments but i have Played that hood But i relly can not play any house that is over 1 story not even in The Sims 3 so i edit all of them (yeah it is a lot of work but very fun to do and very had if you have The sims 3 but so worth it (^_^) i just want to know how would you buld an apartmen on one story becsue i never got to play that hood the elevator is weird that whold black thing unless you are on two florrs but i just wan one story could this be possible. I can not play any sims game with more than one floor i never got pass that class in the sims 1 :faceslap:

There's no rule that says an apartment building can't be one story high.

I read the MTS Downloading for Dummies but it does not say what thes files are

What excatly is a BAK file and what do i do with it
and what is a sims2skin file i have only delt with thes in The Sims 1 and very little in The Sims 3 :wtf: and where do i put these it has been a while siece i played The Sims 3 i like the sims 2 better :lovestruc
