If one exists, that is. I know that Marvine created a functional, animated ladder that I had for the game (here (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=241795)). Is there one like it for the Sims 3? I know of this one (http://linna.modthesims.info/download.php?t=461495) and am using it for now, but an animated ladder would be much better.
I am aware that people have probably been asking for a ladder since the base game (or maybe when basements came out). But I've searched everywhere I know of and came up with next to nothing.
