:alarm: i download the new update patch and now none of my cc are showing and my ea content is missing how can that be i don't understand how the EA content isn't showing up cause it comes with the game and here is the twist this is only in buy mode could someone tell me what happen

Did you backup the user folders before patching? As instructed by the EA patch notes and our Patching wiki?
Patching do tend to mess up the DCCache folder's contents most times. Most especially when the patch notes state that Store stuff has been modified...

(a) Do you mean Buy Mode CC is missing or
(b) ALL items in the Buy Mode catalog are totally gone (both CC and game stuff)?

Have you tested on a clean set of user folders to see if the default stuff appear on vanilla configuration (if (b) above applies)? ie done the 3 steps in Game Help:Sims 3 Game Problem? Do the Build Mode items appear with vanilla user files?

If you had done a backup, restoring the backup files to a clean set of user folders did not solve it (if only (a) above applies)? If only CC stuff are missing, are these Sim3Pack CC or .package CC?

yes i backup my folders but the problem was the tattoo slider for some reason it cause all my buy mode items to disappear (both CC and game stuff) so if someone gets this problem see do they have the tattoo slider cause it maybe the problem thanks anyway.( by the way i had the old update for the tattoo slider it didn't have the 1.36 patch). :faceslap:

Who would have thought that a tattoo slider would prevent you from buying an item! Would you mind if I occasionally use this as an example of why you need to test -all- the CC, not just the stuff that looks like it might be related to the problem?
