I think if I could choose a lifetime wish out of the ones on TS3, it would probably be Presenting the Perfect Private Aquarium. Heh, NOT. I always wondered why they added that one to the game...? But in all seriousness, mine would be the Master of the Arts.

To try to answer your question, probably One Sim Band. But I'd have to bring my instruments into The Sims world and make them the qualifications instead of the present ones. lol

It's a toss up between those two. I'd like to fancy myself as a good story teller but I'm not... sigh :( One Sim Band is more within my reach because I do play piano, guitar, harp, violin and banduria (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banduria) . I'd love to learn more instruments.

My secondary choices would be Swimming in Cash, Seasoned Traveler, Professional Author and Possession is Nine-Tenths of the Law - only if I could be like a super cool spy-like thief that steals sexy artifacts from around the world and dresses in clever disguises, like in Ocean's 11 or Dhoom 2. That would be so ... cinematic.

Better yet, I'd also wouldn't mind the Super Sleuth LTW. (I think that's what it's called. The one where you solve 35 cases?) I could pull a Jessica Fletcher and go all Murder She Wrote on everyone. That would allow me to combine LTWs: professional author and super sleuth!

This is actually a difficult one! I'm already on my way becoming an Animal Rescuer since I've given home to several homeless cats and a dog (five homeless animals in total). So that lifetime wish seems the most realistic.

But then again, being a Professional author was my dream since childhood. Until I realised I'm not quite talented and persistent enough and settled writing just for fun. But if life was like the sims, everything would be possible and I would become a master storyteller.
