Misc Decor section will not load?

Whenever I go to try and load up misc decor in the catalog, the objects load a bit before the game freezes and I have to close it down. It's quite frustrating, since I recently got cmomoney's cigarette mod and was eager to try it out, but I can't get to it in game. Ugh. :p Anyway, any help would be much appreciated, for I'm nearly to the point of angrily burning my sims to death, and no one wants that. Save the sims! :lol:

Thank you, I suppose I should have done that first...oh well. I believe I have found the solution, so I'll keep my fingers crossed!
