My Lots Aren't Showing Up

Hey, i have another question about downloads, i can download anything, but i cannot download lots for some reason. they just do not show up! i have windows 7 and all games but glamor life, bon voyage, celebration stuff, and holiday stuff! :!: :) :) :)

Are you using Clean Installer? Are you installing them correctly? Into the Teleport folder? Also if you don't have BV you do not have all EP's and if you are trying to install lots that require all EP's it won't work.
