Why Arent My Lots Showing Up?

Hi! i have an issue with my lots (downloaded) not showing up in the directory, everything else i download will show up but these. I have the right expansion packs and everything. I have windows 7..does that make a difference in file location? :help:

i use winrar and when i try to double click the file for a lot, it comes up with a message saying "the specified path does not exist" any ideas on what to do about that? :up:

Are you extracting the house files from the .zip/.rar file before trying to install the house? Also, are you using the EAxis installer or Clean Installer? If you're not using Clean Installer then try that and let us know if that works to get the houses installed.

Several people have reported that problem before, but I'm not sure that we ever figured out what causes it. Extracting the house first, then installing sounds like a good idea.
