ID number neighborhood

How I can assign a new ID number to a custom neighborhood?

Are you talking about the internal ID Number? Or, are you talking about the neighborhood folder name?

To change the internal ID Number, open the neighborhood in SimPE, select the IDNO record and look at it in the Plugin View. You can change the ID number or allow SimPE to select a unique number.

To rename the neighborhood folder, rename the folder and change the prefix of every file within that folder and all subfolders. You can use a rename utility to change all of the file names. Personally, I use bulk rename, but there are a number of rename utilities available:
