I'm thinking if certain someone keeps starting threads willy-nilly, not thinking how appropriate a topic in that section is and still not comply by Site's Rules and Policies, their posting rights may get revoked.
Or starting and then deleting...means need to take a step back, rethink that trigger-happy finger, come back in 6 hours to see if you still want to talk about that topic.

Just sayin'...'cos I'm getting sick and tired of seeing this.
