Plumbob Studios Giving Incorrect Hours

I have completly reinstalled my game fresh, updated it to the latest patch. Whenever I put down the Plumbob Studios in any hood that isn't Bridgeport, it gives incorrect hours. This means that my Sims cannot participate in any of the mini jobs that pop up for the Film Career. The hours for the first position should be 1PM - 7PM; instead I get 7AM - 2PM. Advancing down the path doesn't help as I keep getting incorrect hours for my Sim. Does anyone have any hints? I tried contacting support, but they told me to post it on the Sims forum for assistance since they couldn't help. PC specs as follows:

HP Computer h8-1240
AMD Processor 3.10 Ghz
10 GB Ram
Windows 7, 64 bit
AMD Radeon HD 7570 Graphics Card

The game itself runs like a charm, it's just this one lot that screws up whenever I try to use it anywhere else.

What world, if not in Bridgeport? A custom one?
A default Plumbob Studios? From the Unoccupied Lots tab? Or a user-modified version? What category is the Lot set to?

Do you play with other CC, mods? Or is this a 100% vanilla configuration with no CC whatsoever, not even Riverview?

I tried playing it in Appalosa Plains, the Pets hood. And yes, it was a completly vanilla configuration with only EA content, no store content, not even Riverview. I did it from a fresh install as I'd just gotten a new computer. It was the default Plumbob Studios from the Unoccupied Lots tab, not modified.

I have been told elsewhere that Bridgeport changes all of the professions to have night hours however, so maybe EA just didn't enable the opportunities for the movie lot for daytime hours when it's placed in another hood? After all, the daytime hours are incompatabile with the nighttime hours of the places that the opportunities show up, such as "Promote Movie in a Bar". I would think that they would keep the Studio with the same hours regardless of hood, but I'm starting to think that's not the case.
