Almost all houses i download never work.

Every once in a long while I will find a house that i want that will actually let me enter the lot. I'm pretty sure i did everything right to install it and i'm definitely not a noob at downloading, :p I have Clean Installer, and i know how to use it, which i almost always have to when installing houses i want. I always have the expansions needed for the lots too. What's weird though, is if i would make the exact same house, it more than likely would load (But i can't make great houses :cry: ) I'm not sure if i'm doing something wrong or not, but i don't think i am. Every download i ever get usually works, but for some reason i can never get downloadable houses to work, any help? thanks!

Are you placing the Sims 2 pack in the Teleport folder? That is where to place lots. Then install it (from the Teleport folder) using clean installer. The cc ( if any)will then get routed to your dl folder , be sure to have a destination in mind so it will stay organized and not get jumbled once it arrives in your dl folder.

Always use the default location for lots when using the Clean Installer.

Are you trying to install into an AnyGame or some other special location?
