Brixham Project - Little Brick Schoolhouse

I wasn't sure whether to catalog this as a community lot or residential but since the lot contains a small cottage for the schoolmarm to live in, I decided to make it a residential.

On a 3x1 lot this little schoolhouse will handle 8 students and a teacher. The little belltower holds the famous Brixham Golden Apple Bell, handed down through many generations of Brixhams. The schoolmarm's cottage has all the basics needed to live on a meager teacher's salary.

This lot was inspired by the Miss Read books, which I'm just beginning to read. The books are set in tiny Cotswold villages. However, most of them are stone. I thought, "hmm...perhaps my next project will be to create some Cotswold stone wallpapers and floors..." *shakes sense into self* One project at a time.

Cost of the lot is 37,981... way too much for that teacher's wage but shouldn't the village pay for it and the teacher live for free?
