Prior to uploading this lot to the internet, I had some Sims (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 pet) live in the house for about a week. As far as I can tell, your Sims can move right into it without any tweaking.

-1ST FLOOR: Living room, very large kitchen, dining room, 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom for child/teen, and 2 bathrooms.


Additional Info

- A section of the back yard has been left empty for future expansion. It is large enough for either a swimming pool, a greenhouse, or an extra room.

- The bathroom located in the kitchen has a special shower stall that the game interprets as a room separate from the bathroom. As a result, should Sim A be in the middle of a shower, Sim B can use the toilet without Sim A throwing a temper tantrum. I have tested this in the game, and it works well!

- Sims in dining room images are not included with the lot.

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install.
