I have made this adult career with the invaluable help of MTS2 tutorials (there is no teen/elder version-yet). It has it's own GUID (so it will NOT overwrite a maxis career), all chance cards are present, including level ten, it has a custom icon, and I would like confirmation of it's compatibility with just the base game. I have tested it myself, and it seems to work ok, and I'd be so appreciative if some other people could try it out and let me know if there's any problems!

So, WineMaking. Here are the details:

1 Grape Picker
Your hours are long and the sun is hot, hot, hot. Dedication and a taste for ripeness are important! Withstand bullying supervisors and gruelling physical labour to work your way up the vineyard...literally.
$70
Mon-Sat

2 Grape Picking Team Leader
It’s your turn to bully the grape-pickers now. However, your time is better spent sucking up to the Shed Manager, who has the power to promote you into the shady crushing room. Work on that charisma, and you’ll soon see the difference!
$100
Mon-Sat

3 Grape Crushing Operator
You’ve made it into the cool, dark, sweet-smelling confines of the grape crushing shed! But in the gloom lurk many pitfalls...work on your mechanical skill to decrease the chance of accidents.
$150
Mon-Fri

4 Barrel Roller
Once the wine is put in barrels, they must be rolled into storage and left to ferment. This is your job. Beware! The barrels are heavy. Putting spare pieces of wood on the ground to create tracks is recommended.
$225
Mon-Fri

5 Fermentation Overseer
Watching the wine is an important job, as if it over-ferments it rots the wooden barrels and creates a foul smell. Keep a wary eye on your charges, because if anything goes wrong it’ll come out of your pocket.
$500
Mon-Fri

6 GrapeShed Manager
With extra responsibility comes extra money. And vice versa. It’s now your job to make the shed, ie the wine-making process, run smoothly. Logic is important, because if the grapes aren’t crushed in time, there’ll be nothing for the Barrel Rollers to roll! Work on your logic, and try to keep every body happy.
$750
Mon-Fri

7 Wine Tester
That’s right, you are paid to drink the wine! However, letting any bad wine slip by is as bad for your career as getting drunk. You have been warned.
$825
Mon-Fri

8 Vineyard Manager
You’re finally in charge of the vineyard, and you have some say in how the wine should be made. Make it well, and who knows what heights you could reach?
$1000
Mon-Fri

9 Wine Competition Judge
Your knowledge of wine is becoming legendary, and the local clubs beg you to judge their competitions. Gold Medals from you are rare and highly regarded.
$1,350
Thurs-Sat

10 Wine Connoisseur
You have the fancy office with the gorgeous view over the hills, and all you have to do is drink wine and write reviews! That’s right, everybody wants you to tell them what to drink. Whether it’s ‘in’ or ‘out’ this season is entirely up to you. Congratulations!
$2,150
Tues-Thurs

I have used some NPC character outfits as uniforms, but only those that came with the base game, eg the Exterminater.
