I don't know about anyone else, but I really don't like the outfits for the witches in the Apartment Life expansion pack. I decided I wanted a longer, more dainty, witch dress. At first I tried splicing the maxis witch texture onto a new mesh, spending a more than a week trying to figure it out, but I could not get a good result because of the craziness of the new maxis meshes. I decided then to use a different texture and recolor it to match the Apartment Life witch hats. It took me a while to find a texture I liked, but the lovely texture I finally got permission to use, upload, and carefully recolor is from the Medieval Fantasy Gown by stoked4sims at TSR. The end result is a gown that is a earthy brown with green contrast and cute vine accents, perfect for any of your neutral witch or fantasy sims. These outfits will look good on your elven or medieval sims too. The gowns work in the everyday and formal sections.

As you can see I also put the texture on different maxis meshes so it can be used for the ages of Elder, Young Adult, Teen, and Child as well. The young adult version is not pictured because it is exactly the same as the adult version. I made these outfits for the witches in Apartment Life, but anyone who has only the base game is still able to use them. If you want basegame compatibility, download GoodWitch_GownSet_AllAges(BaseGame).rar, this file includes a non-University expansion adult version and does not include the young adult file. If you have the University expansion, download GoodWitch_GownSet_AllAges(Uni).rar, this file includes a University compatible file that shows up in adult and the young adult sections without repeating. All the gowns are based from a basegame mesh, except for the Child version. The Child mesh is a Tiggerypum mesh (tig-girl-sleepgown mesh) which is not included but, you can find it here at MTS2 as part of the Midsimmer's Night Dream Set. You need to go to post #3 on that thread to find the medieval ladies clothing and it should be fourth from the bottom of the list. You will need the child mesh for both download files. I realise children cannot become witches, but I wanted the children of you witch sims to feel witchy too.

Update:
Epiphany at Garden of Shadows has made the Elder, Adult, and Teen versions of all my witch gowns default replacements available here non MTS2 link

Known Issues:
The witch hat hair only works for a few categories, all other clothing sections you get a weird maxis replacement that usually doesn't look good, how strange. If you want to avoid this effect you can download Tashafaun's Witch Hat Hair Edit, which will make both the witch hair and the warlok hair work in all categories. That way you can still have the hat when you wear my lovely dresses at a formal party.
