Lindt apartments by rp2005 in Simcity 4, which I took inspiration from.
Hello!
This is my first upload here and the first in a series of apartments, named "Frondosian street"
It requires Nightlife, OfB, Pets and Apartment Life.
First of all, let me credit rp2005 for his great building named "Lindt apartments", which I took inspiration from. You can view it here: http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=14089
The custom content included are WroughtWright inc. iron stairs open underneath by Crocobaura, wood projects beton floor by Mira04, Cegla slumsy (brick wall) by Jasiek, and the growing green slate roof, by Neveah233. Thanks to all of them by creating that amazing custom content.
The building itself is an apartment building that has a size of 30x30 tiles. It holds 11 apartments in 4 floors, that have a price starting at 1408§ and finishing at 2771§.
There is a lift at the center of the building, and emergency stairs at the left side of it, in case something dangerous happened to your sims.
1st floor:
3 apartments,
2 small sized: 1 bedroom (double), 1 kitchen/dining room, 1 living room and 1 bathroom. This applies to the rest of small sized apartments
1 medium sized: 2 bedrooms (double and single), 1 dining/living room + kitchen and 1 bathroom
2nd floor:
3 apartments,
2 small sized (see description of 1st floor)
1 medium sized: 2 bedrooms (double and single), 1 dining/living room + kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 office. This also applies to the medium sized apartments in the 3rd and 4th floor.
3rd floor:
3 apartments,
2 small sized (see description of 1st floor)
1 medium sized (see description of 2nd floor)
4th floor:
2 apartments,
1 medium sized (see description of 2nd floor)
1 attic: It's a loft with 1 bedroom (double), 1 living room, 1 dining room/kitchen, and 1 bathroom, plus 2 terraces
In fact, all apartments have a monthly price between 1400-1800§, except for the attic, that has a monthly fee of 2771§. Anyway, they're designated for couples, singles, or small families (3 people)
All apartments are fully furnished, and have computer and phone. However, the game only lets the player use the basic furniture.
If you want to have the apartment fully furnished, follow these instructions (optional)
How to rent a furnished apartment
I tested the building and found no problems. If you find anything wrong or that is utterly annoying, tell me and I'll correct the error and re-upload the file.
